  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–4 business days.

We also ship worldwide via Australia Post International:

  • Standard International: Estimated delivery in 6–25 business days.

  • Express International: Estimated delivery in 4–15 business days.

(Delivery times vary by country. Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates.

  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $X.

  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country upon delivery.

  • Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All parcels include a tracking number. Track your order via the Australia Post website.

  • If you’re not home at delivery, Australia Post or your local postal service may leave your parcel in a safe place or at a nearby collection point.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control.

  • If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll assist you in raising an investigation with Australia Post.
